Damages or loss of any item shipped is the fault of the carrier service. Under certain circumstances, the carrier service may be able to offer compensation but this is entirely the responsibility of carrier service and is in no way the responsibility of Daniel Hester.

Although great due diligence has been taken with this website and it's information and listings, if an item arrives not as described you may return it in good condition for a full refund as long as it is returned within the return policies parameters.

Further, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, whether human or technical, even after an order has been placed. If the price was mislabelled after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified and can cancel the order or accept the amended price.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with an item or have changed your mind upon receiving an order within 14 days, a full refund will be granted if the item is returned to the sender in good condition, within 14 days of the sender receiving the item.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact via email and describe and provide photographs of the damaged item. The carrier service will be contacted and compensation for the item may be gained. Though the receiving of any compensation or refund is solely the decision of the carrier service and not the responsibility of Daniel Hester.
